Program Information

This certificate program provides practical training leading to the application of principles and practices in the commercial Construction Management field. This program emphasizes not only the interpretation and understanding of commercial project documents (working drawings, specifications, soils reports, contracts, etc.) but also in the preparation of estimates and construction schedules. Providing an educational foundation in the Construction Management field, graduates have the knowledge to begin assisting or managing the construction process, from initial planning to project completion.

Credentials Ontario College Certificate

Residency Students must complete a minimum number of credits in this program with their registering college to meet the Program Residency requirement to graduate from the program.

Completion All courses must be completed within 5 years of acceptance into the program.
